1 -Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Marketing Pro Suite, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

2- License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Marketing Pro Suite grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the software for your personal or business purposes.

3- Licenses

All our licenses are non-transferable and are tied to the original purchaser or organization. Any attempt to transfer or resell the license will result in termination without notice.

3.1 Monthly and Yearly licenses

Our platform offers monthly and yearly licenses. Both types include access to updates within the scope of the functionality hired. These updates ensure you benefit from the latest features and improvements aligned with your plan.

The user can cancel anytime for no reason, users will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation for the license.

Note: New functionalities may be under our pay per use structure and will requiere our wallet & credit system.

3.1.1 Upgrades, downgrades & Cancelations

User have the possibility to:

Upgrade: Move to a higher-tier license anytime to unlock additional features immediately.

Downgrade: Switch to a lower-tier plan at any point, with changes taking effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Cancel: You are free to cancel your license at any time. No further charges will apply beyond the current billing period. User will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation for the license.

3.2 Lifetime Licenses

This Lifetime License Policy outlines the terms under which lifetime licenses are granted for the use of Marketing Pro Suite products and services. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and limitations.

3.2.1 Definition of lifetime

The term "lifetime" in this context refers to 99 years from the date of purchase. After the initial 99 years, the license will automatically renew for an additional 99-year cycle, unless otherwise terminated.

3.2.2 Continuity Clause

Marketing Pro Suite reserves the right to discontinue any product or service at its sole discretion. If the company ceases operations, dissolves, or shuts down, all lifetime licenses will also terminate without further notice. No refunds or alternative compensations will be provided in this case. If Marketing Pro Suite changes name or modify plans. the user still have access to the equivalent plan.

3.2.1 Updates (lifetime deals)

Any new functions or features introduced by Marketing Pro Suite may not be included in your license.

3.3 License Terms

All payments, whether for monthly or yearly licenses, are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued, including for partial periods after cancellation or plan changes.

4-Additional Charges
4.1 Usage Fees

Please note that while you may purchase a license for the core functionalities of Marketing Pro Suite, certain features such as email, phone, SMS and AI services, as well as additional functions, are not included in the license. Users will be required to pay for the usage of these services under our wallet and pay per actions system.

4.2 Charges

Users can consult the credit section within the platform to review pricing and usage details for additional features and services. It is your responsibility to monitor your usage and ensure you have sufficient credits for the services you wish to use. 4.3 Wallet and pay per action credits

Wallet System: Our platform includes a wallet system that operates on a pay-per-action credit basis. Users can purchase credits that can be used for specific actions within the Marketing Pro Suite.

4.4 Balance Policy

The balance of your wallet is non-refundable and will not expire as long as you maintain an active account. However, if you choose to cancel your license, any remaining balance in your wallet will be deleted and will no longer be accessible.

Important: Balance is non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued, including for partial periods after cancellation or plan changes.

4.5 New Functions

Any new functions or features introduced by Marketing Pro Suite may not be included in your license.

Users should consult within the platform to review pricing and usage details for any additional features and services.

5- Payment Failure

If we are unable to charge your credit card on the scheduled billing date, you will have 24 hours to update your payment details and resolve the issue. During this grace period, access to your account may be restricted until payment is successfully processed.

5.1 Account Cancelation

If the payment issue is not resolved within 48 hours, your account will be closed automatically. All associated data and access to services will be terminated upon closure. If the account holder has purchased a lifetime deal the account will be cancelled. Once the account is cancelled all data (including phone numbers & additional purchases) will be deleted and won't be able to recover it.

Note: No refunds will be issued for lifetime deals, even in the event of account closure due to unresolved payment issues.

6-User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

7- Modifications to the Terms

Marketing Pro Suite reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8- Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marketing Pro Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any information, content, materials, or products included on or otherwise made available to you through our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Client Data: All contacts and information uploaded by clients remain the sole property of the client.Stored Data: All data stored within our platform becomes the property of Marketing Pro Suite, including operational logs, analytics, and usage data.

11.3. Account Termination Policy

We reserve the right to cancel any account without prior notice if the user:
